For this peer learning session, we centered our discussion around the telehealth work being done at Community Care Cooperative (C3) in Massachusetts.
Amidst a crushing pandemic, C3’s leadership and member health centers moved quickly to bring providers online to give essential care to its patients. Out of their initial efforts grew a statewide initiative to equip nearly all health centers with the ability to reach patients wherever they are despite their social or economic circumstances by placing health equity front and center in their strategy.
